We wanted to share a meal we made from a new flavor of sausages from Sharpe's food mart of pork and kangaroo meat with honey garlic flavour. Yes you read that correctly and it has a very nice taste to it, not gamey. I made up pasta with a cream sauce and mixed veg so as not to hide the sausage flavor. Shawn made up a nice berry compote that we used right from the cooking pot. Washed it down with some of our Campbellford ale and it was delicious. Next time we are going to try them on the BBQ, live a little and give them a try, don't knock them until you try them.
