The No Grainer Baker A gluten and grain free cookbook full of delicious recipes for muffins, cookies, cakes and more! I was surprised how well everything turned out!

In 2012 I decided to remove all grains from my diet to improve my health and overall well being. Yet I still wanted to enjoy muffins, cookies, cakes and crackers, so I decided to create recipes that replaced grains with ground almonds, coconut flour, ground flax and psyllium. These recipes TASTE GREAT!! And they are VERY healthy. Hence I decided to share my recipes with everyone else by making a r

ecipe book. Thus The No Grainer Baker was created. These recipes are ideal for people with:
- celiac disease
- gluten intolerance
- heart disease
- those who wish to lose weight - this works!!
- those who wish to increase fibre in their diet

I give a variety of baking recipes with easy to follow directions so even the non-baker can make all the goodies in my book. As an example, my no-grain Buckwheat Batter Bread is even easier to make than bread you make in a bread machine!
