Mix 1 oz of rhubarb simple syrup, the juice of 1 lime, and 3 oz of fresh grapefruit juice.
Shake with ice, pour into prepared glass, and top off with sparkling water or grapefruit soda.

✨ New at Our Farm Market: Rhubarb Simple Syrup ✨

Introducing our homemade Rhubarb Simple Syrup, made with rhubarb grown right here on our farm!

This delicious syrup is a perfect addition to drinks, cocktails, desserts, and more. Get creative with your summer beverages and enjoy a taste of locally grown goodness.

We will be making small batches throughout the season, with a limited supply available each weekend.

Because our syrups are homemade in small batches, they have a shorter shelf life and should be kept refrigerated and used within 2–3 weeks of purchase.

We’ll be introducing new flavours throughout the summer, so be sure to check back often!

✨ Rhubarb Spritz Recipe ✨
• 2 oz Rhubarb Simple Syrup
• Juice of 1 lime
• Sparkling water

For an adult version, add a couple of ounces of Aperol and Prosecco.
