This Melon Mozaic Charcuterie is so good! Thank you so much Lindsay from Whisk’d Away with Lindsay for this great idea from "How Sweet It Is" recipe for a Melon Mozaic Salad. The feta I bought was solid and I was able to cut it into the right sized cubes! I made a mixture of Blood Orange Olive Oil (3Tbsp) , Gravenstein Apple Balsamic Vinegar (2 Tbsp) and 1 Tbsp of honey. I arranged watermelon, cantalope, avacado, grape tomato, cucumber, and feta cheese in a mosaic type pattern. I then took dried basil and Seasonello Herbal Salt (available at Vinesation) and sprinkled it on top then drizzled the balsamic mixture over all. Served it to my husband along with a grilled chicken breast!
The lovely appetizer plate is available in store as well!

That was the year we had a portrait of Corb Lund drawn, got him to sign it, and then held a draw for one lucky winner to take it home! The winner was a young man from East of Camrose who was a huge fan. He was beyond thrilled

Although we are closed until Tuesday I thought I would share this amazing little recipe! All you need is watermelon, raspberries, blueberries, feta cheese and whatever fruity balsamic you have on hand like chocolate, strawberry kiwi, raspberry or blueberry! The list of possibilities are many! You can even add chocolate shavings or nuts, so let your taste buds lead you!
