Here’s a quick guide:
✔️ Corporate events & retreats: 2–4 months in advance
✔️ Peak seasons (June-October in the mountains): 4-6 months in advance
✔️ Weddings: 6–12+ months ahead

Availability fills quickly in Canmore & Banff, and the earlier you book, the more flexibility you have with menus, venues, and planning.

We'll always do our best to accommodate last-minute requests. But the more lead time you give us, the easier your planning will be!
