Christie & Daniel de Rocquigny have taken ownership of the business, with Ryan Cummer as the butcher. We are offering the same services, prices, etc as the previous owners. Re-opening September 1st, 2016. We are currently taking bookings, so please call or e-mail and we will get back to you.

We did a small batch of bratwurst to try something different. With its mild herbal flavors we see why it's so popular as it can be paired with anything and is a great fall flavor 🍂

Can't believe we're just a few days away from the Thanksgiving long weekend already.
We have a selection of bone-in regular smoked hams as well as the boneless maple smoked hams, we had a ton of pre-orders for the maple ones so there is a limited number left available!

Also a reminder that we will be closed Saturday and Monday for the long weekend, but our regular hours resume on Tuesday.

All of our instore sausages are all handmade - whether it is the bigger Italian or the small maple breakfast, each is tied and cut by hand.

We are preparing for our fall sausage sale - so stay tuned for dates!!
