We know it's a little late, but there's still lots of grilling season left. One of our favorite meals is a spatchcocked chicken on the grill - best way to cook a whole chicken, in our humble opinion

For the next week, until August 8th, we will offer our whole chickens at a special discounted rate that's even cheaper than the normal bulk rate.

5 whole birds (5-6 lbs each on average) for 180$ - that works out to around $6.50 per pound.

Great for the cottage, or family BBQ day, or even just for a normal dinner. One bird will feed 4-6 people easily.

Just a little video showing the cool duck nest we found while moving the sheep in pasture. We've gotten to see our property start to become more and more full of life over the past years, and it feels like we have a little wildlife sanctuary.

Quick little video of our pasture raised sheep! We're learning a lot just by observing how they live and eat when moving around pastures.

We plan on having lamb available for sale this fall or winter, so keep an eye on our page.

As always, we have our pasture raised organic chicken available - we'll be posting a special bundle deal ready for the grill shortly.

We will have fresh turkeys for thanksgiving, just doing it a little different this year. Message us for more details.

Happy Easter everyone! We got a surprise lamb yesterday morning (first picture) and then this morning we woke up to two beautiful twins! Our girls were right on schedule and we're just waiting on one more to give birth. All the lambs are doing well and are healthy. The Blackbelly genetics are coming through strong!

It's been a while since we posted...but here's a little update from us

We recently sent in a ram to be processed for meat. This one will just be for us, but this year we will officially begin selling lamb! Pricing to come later, we will sell separate cuts as well as orders for whole or half lambs. We try to raise them for a little longer, up to around a year old. It feels a little more ethical, and you get larger cuts. We expect around 40-50 lbs hanging weight. This is what it looks like with the custom cuts we requested

We also still have frozen chickens and turkeys for sale if you are still looking for an Easter dinner. Our turkeys and chickens will be at a good discount, just looking to free up freezer space for the coming season. Just message us for prices!
