Hey everyone, I'm retiring from retail! It's been a joy to supply your BBQs every summer. Thank you very much for your support and being daring enough to brave our scary driveway. Now to butcher the last few lambs and clear out the freezers! I'll be selling lamb (legs, ground and stewing) at the Stanley Bridge Farmers Market this Saturday May 2nd. 9am to 2pm. Pop by to say hi.

It's lamb butchering time again. I've got two lambs available this week and two next week. $425 whole or $250 for a half. Can be picked up at Hazel Grove Meat Shop or here at the farm. Let us know if you'd like one. :)

Time for a sale! Leg of lamb is now $9.50/lb till they're gone (was $11). They are vacuum sealed so they'll still be fabulous at Christmas and Easter. There's plenty of lamb chops, ground lamb and sausage left too. Stock up while we still have a selection to choose from.
