2 Artisan White loaves — $9 each
2 Sourdough Multigrain loaves — $12 each
I also have some handmade dishcloths available! 🧶💕

Proof. Boil. Bake. Bliss. 🥯

There’s just something about making sourdough bagels that brings me so much joy. 🥯🤎

It starts with a bubbly sourdough starter, then comes the mixing, kneading, and waiting while the dough slowly ferments and develops all that beautiful flavour. After shaping each bagel, they get a quick bath in boiling water before going into the oven, where they turn golden, chewy, and perfectly crisp on the outside.
But honestly, it’s more than just making bagels for me. I love the process—the slow pace, working with the dough, watching the transformation, and knowing that something so simple can be made from scratch with a little time and patience.

There’s a quiet kind of joy in baking something from the beginning and sharing it with the people you love. And these sourdough bagels are definitely one of my favorite things to make. ✨
