Acorn, our 3 year old, is due for her 3rd freshening with 1 little wiggle on October 15th!

We picked out Twilight because she reminded us so much or Acorn! Acorn is our favourite brood doe, and we kept a daughter from her FF, and her son from her 2F. She is hypothetically the granddam to Twilight's baby 🙈

You can also see her granddaughter, Macadamia, behind her. Those frosted ears run in the family!

Let's eat up the last little bit of thistle.

It has been a smoky last few days. The goats are doing okay, but they don't want to graze much. They'll eat if I'm standing next to them, or leading them around the pasture, but they're mostly hiding in the trees.
