This is the first of our latest 7 course tasting menu. Rootstock Ranch wagyu beef tartare, pickled mustard seeds, horseradish aioli, cured egg yolk and beautiful chive blossoms. We served this with beef tallow & rosemary crackers, perfect for scooping.

Future Events Update: I wanted to provide a little update for our future pop-up dinner events. After our May event we have received an overwhelming amount of emails and messages. We started planning and filling in our future dates in order in which we have received inquiries. We are now fully booked up for this year with the exception of December as we are still hashing out some Christmas ideas. We are only open once a month over a period of two days with a seating capacity of 100 people. This makes getting everyone that is interested in a bit tricky, but we are doing our very best by offering only tables of 4 or our large table that fits 8-10 people.

As the emails continue to come in we are making a waitlist that we will use for cancelations and as a starting place when we start accepting reservation for the new year. If you have made an inquiry and have not yet received a response, do not worry, I will be making my way through the list in order in which I have received the requests this week.

The support from our community is truly heart warming and we are doing our absolute best to get everyone interested a seat at our table! Please EMAIL requests to [email protected].

We are in the middle of sprucing up one of our lean-to to host some pop up dinner events. Just waiting on the final finishing touches! We cannot wait! Opening dates and tickets coming soon. Stay tuned!
