This is the easiest way I've found to feed a horse that paws and dumps thier feed. I've tries tires, separating him, asking him to stop, holding his feed. Hanging his feed from the hay feeder removes the ability for him to dump it. No more waated grain.

Unpopular opinion… leaving halters on during turnout can be risky. Horses can get caught on fences, trees, or feeders, and it can end badly.

Constant movement, grazing, and fresh air are natural for them.
