Our turkey poults have arrived at the farm! They’ll be in the barn for several weeks until they’re big enough to go out on pasture, just like our broiler chickens. These little guys will grow a ton in the next few months and be ready for your Thanksgiving weekend!

Last week, our 2025 batch of chickens went out on pasture! We get day-old chicks and keep them under a heat lamp for a few weeks until they're old enough to handle the fluctuating temperatures. As soon as they're big enough, they go into our mobile chicken coops. These chicken coops allow them to be moved to fresh pasture once or twice a day. They fertilize the pasture, get to forage for bugs, and we don't have much cleanup! Win-win!

These chickens will be ready for processing in a few weeks!
