We are pleased to announce the conclusion of another successful market day. We would like to extend our sincerest gratitude to all who visited and supported us along with all of the other businesses that setup with us every week at the markets.
A special thank you to our Windsor customers for braving the unpredictable weather, which included rain, thunder, and sunshine. Despite the weather, our cooler remains fully stocked with fresh produce, including over 100 cantaloupes. In light of this, we are offering our best farmers' choice box deal for the summer season, featuring a variety of fresh, in-season, and nutrient-dense food. Each box is $35 and will contain everything you see in the picture. Broccoli, cantaloupe, red and yellow onions, a few shallots, eggplant, pattypan zucchini, carrots, Yukon gold potatoes, mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, green onions, heirloom and field tomatoes, and arugula for a fresh salad.
This deal also includes the option to add fresh herbs such as thyme, sage, or basil from our garden. The boxes are $35 each and you can add any of the three herbs for $3/serving. As a notice to our CSA members, you can order this box for next week's pickups and deliveries, with the cantaloupe being replaced by another fresh fruit depending on availability as usual you will see the changes we may have to make.
