We have a visitor at the egg stand! Yesterday I noticed a caterpillar on our tomato sign and this morning it’s a chrysalis, soon to be a monarch butterfly.

Our stand is fully stocked with flowers, tomatoes, chicken eggs and quail eggs. Located at 7859 Middle Line, Charing Cross.

Our meat chickens head to the processors this coming week! More information will follow with pickup dates and pricing once we get them back. If you would like to be on our list for a meat bird, send us a message or call 519-437-9133. These birds will make for great “turkeys” for thanksgiving or Christmas and we estimate them to come out at around 8-10lbs.

Now’s the perfect time to try our quail eggs. For a limited time only we have 12pk cartons for ONLY $2! Our baby quails have been producing like crazy so I have lots and lots of delicious quail eggs in stock. If you have been wondering what they taste like now’s your chance to try some. We love to pickle them as they are the perfect bite size and many of our customers love the feed them to their dogs as they are super nutritious!

The stand is open today with chicken & quail eggs, honey, cherry tomatoes and regular tomatoes as-well as our blossoming flower jars.

This is our first year selling our flower jars! The flower jars start at $6 per bouquet (jar included). My arch nemesis every year in my tomato garden… These are to***co hornworms. They love to eat the leaves on my tomato plants. Good thing the chickens love to eat them and make for a healthy treat!

I’ve picked a handful of tomatoes so far. Hopefully lots of tomatoes coming to the stand soon.
