Lida IPA is back!

Brewed with local barley, wheat and oats for a soft, full-bodied mouthfeel, then generously hopped with Citra and Columbus for layers of juicy citrus, tropical fruit and a touch of dank hop character.

Kveik Lida yeast brings it all together in a beautifully hazy, flavour-packed IPA that’s smooth, aromatic and dangerously easy to enjoy.

Unfiltered and undeniably hazy.

On a grey day like today, there’s something comforting about a rich, smooth German-style Altbier.

Our Sticke Alt is back in the fridge.

Brewed with a deep malt character, caramel and toasted notes, balanced by a clean bitterness and a crisp, dry finish. It’s one of those beers that manages to be full of flavour without being heavy.

Want to make beer for a living?

Tanner & Co. Brewing is looking for an Assistant Brewer to join our team in Chester Basin.

We’re looking for someone who’s hardworking, dependable, curious and genuinely interested in craft beer. Previous brewery or homebrewing experience is an asset, but it’s not required. If you’ve got the right attitude and are willing to learn, we’re willing to teach.

This is a hands-on, full-time position where you’ll get involved in the whole process: brew days, cellar work, canning, kegging, cleaning, quality control and everything else that goes into getting beer from grain to glass.

There will be early mornings. There will be wet boots. There will definitely be cleaning. But you’ll also get to learn the craft, make some pretty great beer and be part of a small team where you’re involved in the whole process. 🍻

Our definition of “running low” is still having 15 different options available.

We know… it’s a tough life.

Most breweries would call this a full lineup. We call it running low.

Around here, we’re used to seeing 20+ different beers on the shelves, so this almost feels empty.

Thanks to everyone who’s been helping clear them out this summer. Fresh batches are fermenting, conditioning, and on their way, so keep an eye out for what’s next.
