It's the moment many of you have been waiting for... our very first-ever Pinot Noir Wild is here!
This bright, chillable red was crafted from Pinot Noir grapes hand-harvested on October 9, de-stemmed, crushed, and left on the skins for three days before gently pressing. Naturally fermented using only ambient wild yeasts in stainless steel, it was bottled unfined and unfiltered in May 2026.
A fresh take on Pinot Noir, meant to be served chilled, just like a rosé. Bright aromas of strawberry and cherry lead into a lively palate layered with fresh cranberry and a zesty grapefruit finish. Vibrant, refreshing, and incredibly easy to enjoy on a warm summer evening. This just might be your new favourite summer red!
