So… what was in the crockpot?

HOMEMADE YOGURT!

Well… technically it was supposed to be yogurt. It didn’t set like I hoped, so it’s now straining in the fridge, hoping to thicken up.

Those who know me, Nicole, know I don’t cook much, so attempting homemade yogurt is already an adventure!

Will I wake up to delicious yogurt tomorrow, or a science experiment? Guess we’ll find out!

LET’S PLAY A GAME OF CHICKEN!
Think you can resist a Sask Acre Farms pasture-raised chicken?
We’re betting once you taste one, you’ll understand why we love raising them!
Our chickens are raised outdoors on pasture by my husband and I, with plenty of fresh air, sunshine, and good old-fashioned care.

If you buy one of our chickens, you WILL enjoy it!

The results are in! We hauled out the measuring tape, gave the pigs some scratches, and did the math.
Watch the video to see exactly how to measure for the Heart Girth and Length—and find out just how much this big guy weighs! Let us know if the final number surprised you! 👇

Have no scale? No worries! 🐽 Get your pigs used to receiving pets and hugs, haul out the measuring tape, and—voila! Wrap that tape right behind their front legs for the Heart Girth, measure from the base of their ears to the tail for the Length, do a little math, and you get the weight!
Tune in tomorrow to see us measuring the pig and find out exactly how much they weigh!
