The second addition to our Bull battery. Finding a new heifer bull isn’t for the faint of heart but we landed on a dandy this year with the help of Wright Livestock Marketing Services. White Meadow Minstrel - 68 pound birthweight, top 1% of the breed for BW epd and top 2% of the breed for CE and excellent growth numbers.

Today we highlight a piece of the future. We made the trip to pincher creek, Alberta to take in the annual Turnbull Charolais bull sale. Upon cruising the bull pens we found this guy, he constantly grabbed our attention with his “look at me I’m a herdbull attitude”. After careful critique Katie and myself were unable to find any “holes” in this bull and knew we needed to add him to the operation. Excited to see how he will assist us in elevating our program to a higher level in the years to come.

Today we highlight Lot 6.
He’s a bull that continuously grabs your attention. Started off at only 81 pounds and exploded from there. He walks on an excellent foot and you just can’t help but appreciate that huge hip. Sale day weight of 1455 # and packing a big old 42cm toolbox.
