We love beef! Real, straight up 100% Alberta beef.

The animals that we raise from day 1 are the same animals that fill our freezer and feed you.

The cows calve in April, and by June the pastures have enough grass for the pairs. They spend the summer (and sometimes the fall) in the grass until they run out, and then they get fed hay during the winter.

Our steers are taken to the butcher at around 2 years old, and we pick up the beef a few weeks later!

We value our local food producers and are so thankful to live in an area where we can grow and raise so much of our own food.
