We have LOTS of tomatoes, beans and cucumbers at the Sayward Haven Farm Stand today til 4pm.

Our weekend Harvest Bundle special continues... a pint of our popular Gourmet Mix Cherry Tomatoes, a pint of red slicer tomatoes and a 12 ounce bag of french filet beans (green, yellow or mix - your choice). All for $10. Add a cucumber for $1!

The stand is open 10am - 4pm. You can message us to order during the week and pick up at the stand.

Happy Friday Fresh Food Enthusiasts!

A little weekend farm stand special 🌿

The tomatoes and beans are coming in beautifully right now, so we're putting together a simple $10 harvest bundle for this weekend:

🍅 a pint of cherry tomatoes
🍅 a pint of red slicing tomatoes
🫘 a 12oz. bag of fresh beans (larger than our regular bags, choice of green or mixed as available)

And if you’d like a cucumber too, add one for $1 while they last — the cucumbers are between flushes at the moment, so quantities are limited.

Farm stand open Saturday & Sunday, 10am–4pm at Sayward Haven Farm.

Just prepared these beauties for the farm stand this morning. Open 10am-4pm today and tomorrow.

Our beautiful red slicer tomatoes make PERFECT tomato sandwich.

Along with tomatoes we have lots of cucumbers and tons of mix French filet beans.

It’s messy, drippy and finger looking good.

Toasted tomato sandwich with our oh so good red slicer tomatoes. Along for the ride is bacon tempeh, Daiya cheese, mayo, pesto and salt & pepper. Yummmm!

We will have a ton of tomatoes at the farm this weekend and you can message us to pick up sooner!

Farmer Tracey is excited to share that the farm has a new element—Sayward Haven Studio!

Over the winter, while the farm sleeps, she'll be putting her creative energy to work in a different way. First up: designing knitting patterns.

But the Studio may grow well beyond knitting. If you're a knitter—or you're simply curious to see how Sayward Haven Studio evolves—please follow along on Facebook or Instagram.

This seems like an appropriate place to start.

Me, camping, knitting, and thinking about what I want Sayward Haven Studio to become.

I've always been happiest making things—growing things, cooking, knitting, creating, and learning from people who know how to make beautiful things with their hands. I'm equally happy sharing what I know, teaching what I've learned, and giving where I can.

So while knitting is where much of my creative energy is going right now, Sayward Haven Studio isn't really just about knitting.

It's a place to explore creativity, craftsmanship, natural materials, and the idea of a handmade life—with a distinctly West Coast point of view.

I expect there will be wool. Quite a lot of wool, actually. 😂 But there may also be food, fibre, gardens, makers, old skills, new discoveries, and probably a few things I haven't imagined yet.

I'm not entirely sure where it will lead.

And I think that's rather the point.

Good morning Fresh Food Enthusiasts!

The farm stand is open today and tomorrow 10am-4pm. So excited to finally have garden fresh tomatoes on the stand. Limited quantities this week so come early to get some.

We have some wonky looking cucumbers which have the same great flavour but will be $1 each so they get to a good home 😉. Our mini cucumbers are on sale 5 for $3.

If you are looking to pickle in the next week we have pickling cucumbers available. $2.50/lb. Please message us to order.
