We recently decided to revise our Greek Rice Pilaf to a ready-to-cook mix from frozen par-cooked. It was a good product but this is SO much better and no more effort to prepare.

The pilaf works beautifully on its own as a side dish. Use it with a vegetarian broth as we do for our dolmathes, or your preferred broth to have it pair it with the item of your choice.

It is the blend we use in our aforementioned dolmathes. If you wish to "roll your own" as it were, this rice makes an excellent foundation.

It is also a lovely foundation to a one pot meal, and we include a recipe on the back that uses chicken. My personal favourite use of this blend.
