Gayles Greek Gourmet is at the Duncan Farmers Market this Saturday October 10th from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm!

We will have freshly made Moussaka and Pastitsio, both available in meat and vegetarian versions...and for the Discerning Greek Culinary Geeks, we have Tarama, Fassolia, and Htipiti!

We'll have lots of our Dips and delicious Confections; everything you need for a feast at home, or as contributions to a Thanksgiving dinner.

Drop by to say "Hi!" and have a delicious sample or two to see what you want to take home with you!

Come see us this Saturday at the Duncan Farmers' Market and meet H**e, the Goddess of Youth & the Prime of Life, Cupbearer of the Gods, who served Ambrosia on Olympus.

Back by popular demand are Moussaka, Pastitsio, and Lamb Dolmathes. We've also made more of our compelling confections, Baklava, Kourambiedes, Pastelli, and Opa Sesame...our own invention featuring our delicious Pastelli, chopped up with droed currants and candied lemon peels, coated in Belgian Darl Chocolate, drizzled with Callebaut Milk Chocolate, and dusted with Kosher salt.

We will also have our usual fabulous items, like Beef & Vegetarian Dolmathes, Spanakopita, Tyropita, Hummus, and Tzatziki...
..and SAMPLES!! So many samples.

H**e is the ancient Greek Goddess of youth and the divine cupbearer who served nectar and ambrosia to the gods on Mount Olympus.

She will grace our booth at the next Duncan Farmers Market

Near the end of a very busy festival and wedding season at Providence farm, we are finally in the kitchen again for a full weekend to make some delicious confections!

Fresh Baklava, Kourambiedes, Opa Sesame, and Pastelli coming right up!
