Thank you to all who came out to the Pembroke Night Markets and supported us.......new customers as well as our former market customers. We truly appreciate it. A special thank you to Krista for inviting us to attend.

Although the summer night markets are over we still have lots of produce. We have a self serve wagon at the end of our lane with potatoes, garlic, tomatoes, cucumbers and other in season produce. Pumpkins and squash will be arriving soon and the wagon will be loaded with colour.

We will continue to be at Uncle Jim's Meat Market on Thursdays from 9 am to 1 pm until October (weather permitting). We also sell directly from the farm so if you are looking for anything in particular or anything in larger quantities please message us. We are taking orders now for our winter storage potatoes.

We will be at the Pembroke Night Markets hosted by Valley Markets & Events & Downtown Pembroke - Pembroke Business Improvement Area today from 5-9 PM at 101 Victoria St. (corner of Lake and Victoria St.)

We will have several varieties of potatoes (including fingerlings, yukon gem and blue), tomatoes in all shapes and sizes, red and green peppers, fresh garlic, cucumbers, onions, spaghetti squash, glads and more.

We'll have all our usuals at Uncle Jim's Meat Market tomorrow from 9 AM - 1 PM........potatoes, tomatoes, peppers, onions, spaghetti squash, garlic, melons, beans and more. Our cucumbers are enjoying the cooler temps and have started producing more, we have lots of fresh pickling cukes the perfect size for dills or bread and butters in small for snacking or larger quantities for pickling.

Our pickling cukes have gotten a second wind. For those still looking to make dills or bread and butters these are the perfect size. 1/4 bushel $25 or 1/2 bushel $45

We got a few downpours yesterday, one in particular was very heavy and very high swirling winds. Very upsetting to see our sweet corn down, just started to tassel as we were late planting it. 🥲 A lot of glads down/broken also. There are still quite a few late ones just starting to bloom so hopefully we will have them for a few more weeks. Not sure if we got a microburst or some rotations but the wind was very strong and in all directions. Growing produce is certainly becoming more of a challenge each year.

Available on the wagon at the end of our lane today.
Potatoes....red, white and yukon gem, delicious field tomatoes, fresh sweet cantaloupe, bunches of garlic, red peppers, cukes, glads and pie pumpkins.

***We also have cherry tomatoes but the critters really like them so we can't leave them on the wagon 😁 Feel free to come to the house or call/text the number on the wagon if you are looking for larger quantities of tomatoes for canning, winter storage potatoes or other produce.
