Our Story
Welcome to Casa Di Rina.
Cooking has always been my way of showing love.
For years, I cooked for my family. Sharing meals, bringing everyone together around the table, and seeing the smiles on their faces became one of the greatest joys in my life. To me, family has always come first, and every meal was made with love.
When I moved to Cobourg, my family wasn’t nearby anymore, but my passion for cooking never left. I started cooking for friends and neighbours, sharing homemade Italian meals that reminded them of home. Before long, more and more people were asking for my food.
I later worked at a local restaurant in downtown Cobourg, where I prepared homemade lasagnas and meatballs. When COVID changed everything, I decided to do what I loved most—I started cooking from my own kitchen. People began picking up fresh meals from my home, and that’s how Casa Di Rina was born.
Today, I prepare fresh, homemade Italian food for families, parties, celebrations, and special occasions. Every dish is made to order using quality ingredients because I believe food should always be fresh and made with care.
Cooking isn’t just my job—it’s my passion. Nothing makes me happier than hearing someone say, “That was the best meal I’ve had,” or seeing families gathered around the table enjoying food made with love.
