The Shortbread Company

Grafton’s acclaimed duo, Rose-Mary Sweetman and Rosie Tejnor, bring generational devotion to their slow-baked, artisanal treasures. Their must-try highlight, the Smoky Parmesan Mini Shortbread, marries a rich, velvety butter base with the bold, sophisticated depth of aged cheese, creating an incredibly unique, savoury-sweet flavour experience.

💛🩷

A huge thank you to the Shortbread Company for baking up the most delicious lemon shortbread cookies to help us mark this milestone. Because nothing says 10 years of love and support quite like cookies and cuddles. 💕

To celebrate 10 amazing years, Seth has been personally (and enthusiastically) handing out lemon shortbread cookies to thank all of YOU—our wonderful clients—for your support over the years. 💛 He takes his job very seriously… though we can’t confirm how many cookies may have “gone missing” in the process.

Stop by, grab a cookie, and maybe a snuggle from Seth (while supplies last… on both counts 😅).

Having said that, we have decided to end our run with the show and this season was our last.
💛
So grateful for all of our customers for keeping us laughing, smiling and on our toes all these years-we are ready to enjoy our July long weekends on a deck chair with a cookie or two.
