I was invited back to the Get Skilled competition at St.Clair College to be a guest judge for the plumbing / pipe fitting skills test this past weekend. Sebastian here represented his school, St.Joes and made them all including his teacher Mr. Coop very proud.

If your kids school isn’t participating in this you should probably be asking why. After 25 years in the piping trades it’s great to see high school kids gain real job skills that will result in good paying jobs with no school debt.

Coincidentally my favourite apprentice of all time happened to be writing his red seal exam at the college the same day!

Made it out to Leamington to see Erie Shores Health Foundation and drop off this years donation to hospice. We always try to thank as many people as possible in person but if we missed you, thank you so much for every extra dollar left behind as a contribution, we couldn’t do it without you.

Merry Christmas and we can’t wait to see you again next year!

This is what the end of harvest season looks like, hardly glamorous, but the stand is stocked up! When the clocks change in a couple weeks and everyone says “ugh why do farmers need daylight” try spotting pumpkins in the dark. We are self serve from here till we’re sold out and 100% of the money goes directly to the Hopsice at Erie Shores in Leamington.

We will not be not be out with our full set up this weekend, but we still have a great selection of squash and fall decorations for you to serve yourself. As always 100% of all money collected from now till Halloween will be donated to the Hospice at Erie Shores in Leamington. Thanks for another great year!
