A little taste of Vietnam at Minh’s.

On the table: crab claw shrimp and a vermicelli bowl with spring roll, pork and a shrimp ball. Such a delicious combination and plenty of variety in every bite.

Minh’s started in Collingwood and has since expanded to Barrie, Orillia, Midland, Orangeville, Meaford, Southampton and Scarborough, giving you even more places to get your Vietnamese food fix.

Coffee, pastries and flowers? Yes, please!

I spent the morning at Bradford Greenhouses fall “Blooms and Brew” workshop, sipping a drink from Banana Café Bike | mobile espresso bar, snacking on the most incredible pastries from The Measuring Spoon and creating a beautiful arrangement to take home.

Bradford Greenhouses is so much more than plants. You’ll also find fashion, home décor, events and workshops like this one. It’s such a fun place to spend time.

Also, don’t miss their free pumpkin painting for kids under 12 next Sunday the 4th (while quantities last) and another Blooms and Brew on Dec 2, just in time for the holidays.

A beautiful night in the orchard at Duntroon Cyder House & Farm | Premium C***r with Common Ground Wines.

Their “The First Pour” event had us sipping a curated selection of wines while snacking on cheese, charcuterie and the most amazing shrimp, along with fresh oysters shucked by new business The Blade and Pearl. Such a delicious way to spend an evening!

A lovely event in a gorgeous setting. Keep an eye on Common Ground Wines for upcoming events, you’ll want to join them for a pour!

Fall fun at APPLEBOTTOM ORCHARDS 🍎 in Palmerston!

Pick your own apples, enjoy a refreshing c***r flight and let the kids burn off some energy on the play structure and with outdoor games.
