This week Chef was at Breakwater Lodge on Sonora Island, cooking up meals for some very lucky fishermen. I highly recommend checking out the lodge for intimate fishing trips, gorgeous scenery, and tons of wildlife. The owners Steph and Wes are wonderful as are their fishing guides, Dawson and Eric. What a great week!

Would there be interest in pre order weekly meals, offer 4 or so selections a week ordered by Sunday for the following Friday, of fresh meals, not frozen? Taking all suggestions.
