Golden Parrots Pub & Restaurant is open today from 2PM to 10PM.

On National Day for Truth and Reconciliation, we take time to remember the children who never came home, honour the Survivors, and recognize the families and communities who continue to carry the lasting impacts of residential schools.

Orange Shirt Day reminds us that Every Child Matters. Wearing orange is an act of remembrance and recognition, and a reminder that reconciliation requires listening, learning, and carrying these truths forward.

Our weekly Music Bingo is still on tonight with DrewsClues, starting at 6:30PM. Free to play, with multiple rounds, prizes, and music from across the decades.

Wednesday at Golden Parrots:
• Open from 2PM to 10PM
• $9 Wing Wednesday from 3PM
• Happy Hour from 3PM to 6PM
• Music Bingo at 6:30PM
• Late Night Happy Hour from 8PM to close

September 30 is National Day for Truth and Reconciliation.

Tomorrow, we take time to honour the Indigenous children who were taken from their families and communities through the residential school system, those who never returned home, the Survivors who continue to carry those experiences, and the families and communities affected across generations.

We encourage our community to wear orange, listen, learn, reflect, and recognize the importance of truth and reconciliation.

Golden Parrots Pub & Restaurant will be OPEN at 2pm tomorrow, Wednesday, September 30.

Wednesday at the Pub:
🍗 $9 Wings starting at 3 PM
🍻 Happy Hour from 3 PM to 6 PM
🎶 Music Bingo starts at 6:30 PM
🍺 Late Night Happy Hour from 8 PM to close

Music Bingo happens EVERY WEDNESDAY at 6:30 PM!
Bring your friends, grab a table, and put your music knowledge to the test.
Listen for the songs, mark your card, and enjoy a Wednesday night out at the pub.

Tomorrow carries an important meaning beyond our regular Wednesday. We hope everyone takes time during the day to reflect on why September 30 is recognized and what Orange Shirt Day represents.
