Bombers is a small independent butcher shop located in Corner Brook Newfoundland. Chef Jason Whittle has travelled Canada wide working and curating his skills. In the west he's spent winter's at heli-ski lodges, in central Canada in the Niagara wine region and all the way north where he's spent arctic summers planning fjord framed beachside cook-outs for adventurous eco-tourists. ded back in his home province some years ago and settled into culinary life in western Newfoundland. Following his interest and passion for high quality meats and cured creations, The Bombers Butcher Company has been born. While the name may be new, its offerings have been more than two decades in the making! Bombers not only provides great options for your next meal or event, Jason welcomes the opportunity to chat and exchange ideas to make your next meal !
