Aidan is showing off some great Strawberries fresh picked today from our friends in Argyle Shore at Shore Breeze Farms.

We all want to wish Aidan well as he leaves us to start his own business. We are all very proud and wish him well! 🥰🥰

Its a bitter/sweet day at Good's today. Great that we have New PEI Potatoes in!! 🥔🥔 Sad that today is Crystal's last day at the store. Crystal has been at the store for 15 years and worked in various departments in the store. Always with a smile and eager to help. We will miss her dearly and we all wish her the best in her next chapter in life. 🥰🥰

We are very proud to partner with Loop - Rescue Food, Rescue the Planet to connect with some great local farmers. Diverting food scraps from landfills feels good, but knowing its going to our animal friends and saves farmer's feed costs is even better! We hope all food retailers will join in this initiative and stop throwing away product that still has value.

Some grocery stores on the Island are cutting back on food waste by giving it to local farms. It's part of a program called Loop Resource, which started in British Columbia and has now made its way to P.E.I. CBC's Gwyneth Egan explains.
