𝑺𝒕𝒓𝒂𝒏𝒈𝒆 𝑩𝒊𝒓𝒅𝒔 𝑰𝑷𝑨 - 6.5%

A brand new IPA is available on tap and in cans at Village Green this week!

𝑺𝒕𝒓𝒂𝒏𝒈𝒆 𝑩𝒊𝒓𝒅𝒔 highlights a selection of hops from the southern hemisphere. Hopped thoroughly with Nelson Sauvin, Galaxy and Nectaron in the kettle and dry hop.

Notes of white w**e, ripe mango and juicy stone fruits. A delicious IPA for these cooler days.

We will be closed today (Sunday October 11th). We will also be closed on our regular days Monday & Tuesday, reopening Wednesday, October 14th.

We want to thank everyone for their continued support during the summer but most importantly during the shoulder seasons.

As long as people are showing up we will stay open as long as possible before we close it up for the season.

𝑵𝒆𝒍𝒔𝒐𝒏 𝑻𝒂𝒃𝒍𝒆𝒃𝒊𝒆𝒓 won gold !🥇

We are honoured to earn the medal yesterday in Calgary at the Canada B**r Cup.

Saison is a b**r rooted in traditional rustic b**rs brewed in Belgian and French farming communities, farming communities similar to the ones that surround us here in Cornwall.

𝑵𝒆𝒍𝒔𝒐𝒏 𝑻𝒂𝒃𝒍𝒆𝒃𝒊𝒆𝒓 is our modern interpretation of this history b**r, brewed with a few unique grains but unlike traditional saisons, this is hopped with Nelson Sauvin hops from New Zealand, giving a very unique refreshing white w**e expression.

The bad news is we are on our last keg! 𝑵𝒆𝒍𝒔𝒐𝒏 𝑻𝒂𝒃𝒍𝒆𝒃𝒊𝒆𝒓 may reappear next summer, but for now, when it’s gone… it’s gone!

A new Double IPA is in cans and on tap at VG this week!

Built on a solid base of Canadian 2-Row malt, with a delicate addition of crystal. Hopped with generously with Centennial, Nectaron, Mosaic and Amarillo, Arch packs a hoppy punch at 8% abv.
