Open 12-7pm ish (We may close around 6:30 if the weather stays this wet and dark)

Ribs are limited this morning but they are on the smoker.

Soup is smoked butternut squash.

We will be closed today (Sunday October 11th). We will also be closed on our regular days Monday & Tuesday, reopening Wednesday, October 14th.

We want to thank everyone for their continued support during the summer but most importantly during the shoulder seasons.

As long as people are showing up we will stay open as long as possible before we close it up for the season.

Hope everyone has a safe long weekend.

Smoke & Fire Soup Series

We will be trying out a few features based around using smoke and fire.

With the weather getting chillier by the minute it feels, we figured a seasonal soup would be a good option.

Smoked Butternut Squash Soup

Gluten | Dairy | Vegan Friendly.

Open 12-7 pm today folks.

(We are debating whether or not we will be open tomorrow. )

Huge thank you to everyone who came out today for the last Fish & Chips of the season.

We are still open for the next few weeks , unless the weather takes a dramatic turn for the worst.

We will be open tomorrow but if the rain keeps up all night and into the morning we may have limited smoke items cuz we won't be able to use the smokers outside.

Put some respect on the name

𝑵𝒆𝒍𝒔𝒐𝒏 𝑻𝒂𝒃𝒍𝒆𝒃𝒊𝒆𝒓 won gold !🥇

We are honoured to earn the medal yesterday in Calgary at the Canada B**r Cup.

Saison is a b**r rooted in traditional rustic b**rs brewed in Belgian and French farming communities, farming communities similar to the ones that surround us here in Cornwall.

𝑵𝒆𝒍𝒔𝒐𝒏 𝑻𝒂𝒃𝒍𝒆𝒃𝒊𝒆𝒓 is our modern interpretation of this history b**r, brewed with a few unique grains but unlike traditional saisons, this is hopped with Nelson Sauvin hops from New Zealand, giving a very unique refreshing white w**e expression.

The bad news is we are on our last keg! 𝑵𝒆𝒍𝒔𝒐𝒏 𝑻𝒂𝒃𝒍𝒆𝒃𝒊𝒆𝒓 may reappear next summer, but for now, when it’s gone… it’s gone!
