Good morning!! Out at Tofino this morning.
I have delicious Brown Butter Choc Cookies and Anzac (chewy oatmeal) Cookie AND an Apple Fritter Loaf which is just YUM!!
Also have my granolas, fruits, fruit squares, herbs and veges and some sweets.
See you soon - 10am-2pm.

I must apologise to QB Farmers Market customers - I had booked 2 Sats in a row at Tofino market but I promise I will.be back on the street next Saturday!!

Its a calm mild morning at Tofino, come on down 10-2pm today and have a look at all the goodies!! Unfortunately the organic apricots were on back order and did not arrive in time for me to have a batch of Chai Apricot Coconut Granola, which is a fan favorite,, nevermind, you have 7 other flavors to pick from😁

Back at the QB Farmers Market for the 30th May, then I will alternate Saturdays each week for the rest of Summer into Fall😁

Picking up some different fruits as they are available, I have been wanting to try kiwis for quite a while and the mix with apple in the fruit square is delicious!!

I have finally sourced a nice crisp white bag with the right amount of space and quality to keep the contents looking and tasting as they should consistently!! All my fruits and vegetables will shift to these bags as I use up the old stock.
They look so smart and my labels pop!!

Oh the joys of freeze drying!! One of the challenges when owning freeze dryers is that you must troubleshoot problems as best you can and then become technician and repair man when they need fixing...it can be daunting! My freeze dryer had a temperature sensor issue, the replacement part should arrive next week and hopefully I will have her all up and running by Friday - in the meantime, I am quite low on the popular Fruit Yoghurt Drops (Dairy ones) and sadly I am right out of green onions for this week!
Still plenty of other things on offer though, catch you in the morning at the Qualicum Beach Farmers Market!
