Look for this sign on the fence at 801 Dingwall Road. It's Saturday and that means fresh smoked Beef Brisket, Pulled Pork, sandwiches, poutines and more. We spend 12 hours on Friday to bring this smoky goodness to you right up until mid November. Cheers.

We spent all day on Friday smoking these beauties for you for service on Saturday from 11-3 or until soldout. Order sliced by the pound or in one of sandwiches, all served as a meal for you with side dishes of House Beans, Slaw, or Fries.
We're located at 801 Dingwall Road, next to Pilon Tools.

Brisket facts! After spending 10 hours in the smoker at 225F the briskets are wrapped in foil and the temp is raised to 275F for one hour. This brings the internal temperature to about 200F. They are then moved to a warming cabinet for the next 12 hours at a temperature averaging 150F. So if you're smoking a brisket yourself plan on 24 HOURS!!! This is how you make an oh so tender Beef Brisket!
