Being a father and running a small business have a lot in common. Both require long hours, patience, sacrifice and showing up every day, even when you’re tired.

We’re proud to have fathers on our team who work hard not only to build USOK but also to provide for and be there for their families.

We’re also grateful for our own dads, whose hard work and values helped shape who we are and the way we approach USOK today.

Today, we celebrate the fathers on our team, our dads, and all the fathers, grandfathers and father figures who give so much of themselves for the people they love. We hope you get the chance to slow down, share a good meal, and enjoy the moments that matter most.

We didn't realize they were related at first. As it turns out, they were all from the same family and each of them reached out without knowing the others had done the same.

Reading everything together was really touching and we don't take things like this for granted. We thought we were just reading a review and a few messages. Turns out, we were reading a family story.

Chicken Inasal is bright, tangy, savoury, and smoky. Marinated long enough for all those flavours to soak deep into the meat, then grilled over open flame until charred and juicy.
