As many of you may have heard, Epicure has announced that, effective today, January 24, 2025, Epicure is in bankrupcy. I know this news is deeply shocking, and I want to assure you that we’ll navigate this unexpected change together.
While I don’t have all the answers yet, I encourage everyone to remain calm and await more details. we are currently paused and Epicure has partnered with MNP to determine the next steps for all of us, and they’ve assured us that further communication will be sent out within five business days. Bankrupcy is not always an ending and there is still hope and many possibilities on the horizon.
This is undoubtedly a heavy moment for all of us, but please know how immensely proud I am of what we’ve built together as an Organization. The impact we’ve made in people’s lives—helping them prioritize health, create nourishing meals, and build meaningful connections—will always stand as a testament to our hard work and dedication.
For now, let’s hold space for each other, and I’ll keep you updated as new information becomes available. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you need support, have questions, or simply need to connect during this time.

Comme beaucoup d'entre vous l'ont peut-être entendu, Epicure a annoncé qu'à compter d'aujourd'hui, le 24 janvier 2025, Epicure est en faillite.
Je sais que cette nouvelle est profondément choquante, et je tiens à vous assurer que nous allons traverser ce changement inattendu ensemble.
Bien que je n'aie pas encore toutes les réponses, je vous encourage à rester calmes et à attendre plus de détails. Nous sommes actuellement en pause, et Epicure s'est associé à MNP pour déterminer les prochaines étapes pour nous tous. Ils nous ont assuré que des communications supplémentaires seront envoyées dans un délai de cinq jours ouvrables. La faillite n'est pas toujours une fin, et il y a encore de l'espoir à l'horizon.
C'est sans aucun doute un moment difficile pour nous tous, mais sachez à quel point je suis fière de ce que nous avons construit ensemble en tant qu'Organisation. After 32 incredible years, it’s with great sadness that I share that effective today, January 24, 2025, Epicure is immediately ceasing its operations.
This was not a choice made lightly, but one born from the weight of financial challenges many in the industry have experienced following the pandemic. Despite our relentless commitment to our mission of promoting healthier living and supporting time-starved families in creating nourishing meals together, we were sadly unable to fully recover.
Epicure’s story has always been about empowering others to prioritize their health without compromise and together we’ve transformed people’s lives.
Words cannot fully express my gratitude for your support, passion, and belief in our mission. Your unwavering support and dedication to the wonderful community that we’ve built together has meant everything to me.
Thank you for being part of this extraordinary journey, and for your support, trust, and loyalty over the years. I will forever cherish the impact we’ve made together.
