After a chilly windy morning on the market I was so looking forward to the soup I made yesterday. The butternut has been harvested as we approach some frosty mornings. They keep well through the winter in the root cellar so no chance of starving.

We now have honey! Raw, unpasteurized and local. Stocked in the farm stand and will be at the Cranbrook market Saturday...
