The New Farm is a certified organic family farm located on the crest of the Niagara escarpment just west of the village of Creemore. We produce premium quality organic vegetables for restaurants, retail stores and wholesale customers. We hope you’ll join us as we work to build a just, equitable and inclusive food system in southern Ontario.

The FARMpreneurs Strategic Sprint is well underway at The New Farm Centre.

This week-long experience gives farmers the space to step back from the day-to-day operations and focus on the future of their businesses. Through strategic planning, conversations with expert guides, and learning alongside fellow farmers, participants are exploring new possibilities for growth, leadership, and resilience.

Meet the 2026 FARMpreneurs Strategic Sprint cohort!

This week, 12 farmers from across Canada and the United States are coming together at The New Farm Centre for a week of strategic planning, shared learning, and new ideas to build more resilient farm businesses.

FARMpreneurs is designed specifically for organic and regenerative farmers, helping them build financially resilient businesses, strengthen their leadership skills and explore new possibilities for their role in local food systems.

Through conversations with expert mentors and learning alongside their peers, participants will develop strategic playbooks, work toward their big, ambitious goals, and build connections that extend beyond the week.

We're excited to welcome this year's cohort to the farm, follow along to see the FARMpreneurs in action.

Thanks to an incredible community of supporters, farmers, chefs, restaurants, volunteers, and donors, we’re thrilled to share that our 2026 Farms for Change event raised $205,000 🎉

Farms for Change brings people together around a shared vision for a healthier, more resilient food system. Through this annual fundraiser, we’re able to grow and share fresh, premium-quality food while supporting regenerative agriculture and making good food more accessible to communities across Southern Ontario.

The funds raised help make weekly deliveries of farm-fresh produce possible from May through October, reaching 32 Good Food Organizations and supporting meal programs, food hampers, community kitchens, cooking programs, and more.

This work is made possible by so many people who show up for the farm and for food systems change. Your support helps turn a night of incredible food and community into lasting impact throughout the year. 💚

At The New Farm Centre, livestock play an important role in how we farm. By integrating animals into our crop and pasture systems, we work with natural cycles to build healthy soil, support biodiversity and grow nutritious food.

For years, much of the meat we produced has been shared through our relationships with Good Food Organizations, helping bring farm-raised food to communities across Southern Ontario.
This year, we're opening up a limited amount of our pork and chicken sales to the public.

We’re proud to work alongside 32 Good Food Organizations across Southern Ontario, helping connect food grown at The New Farm Centre with communities who are working every day to make good food more accessible.

Days like this are about more than a field visit. They’re an opportunity to learn from one another, strengthen connections, and imagine what’s possible when we work across the food system.
