TOON, a Toronto-based company founded by Christina and Omar, sources small-batch products from family farms and women-led cooperatives across Lebanon - the kind of food that isn’t just delicious, but meaningful.

We are carrying the award-winning extra virgin olive oil* that comes from a family harvest in Tanbourit, Southern Lebanon. “Pressed on October 3, 2025 at the very beginning of the harvest season, this early-harvest EVOO was recognized with GOLD at the Canada International Olive Oil Competition in both 2025 and 2026 for its freshness, balance, and quality. Hand-picked and pressed within hours, it is made from Baladi olives, an indigenous olive variety grown on ancestral trees and naturally adapted to the land. The result is a buttery, fruity, and fresh olive oil with a smooth finish and a light peppery note.”

Early Harvest Green Olives:  harvested at the very beginning of the season for their signature small size, firm texture and bold, slightly bitter flavour. These are not your typical soft, overly processed olives: they’re fresh, bold, and full of character.
