We will be at the Creston Valley Farmers Market this Saturday,
July 12th with our Organically Treated & Sprayed Cherries
Featuring Bing Cherries, along with Queen Ann, aka Rainer
And our famous SOUR cherries, aka, Pie Cherries.
The Bing Cherries are an old variety, very robust sweet flavour
The Queen Ann aka Rainer, have a yellow centre and have a sweet mild flavour.
The Sour aka Pie Cherry are perfect with a hint of almond extract to bring out the flavour, they are also used in making Maraschino cherries 😋
