For this incredible BLT, you'll want to slow cook some THICK(I went for #5.5 on our slicer) bacon and whip up some lemon garlic aioli.
The thicker your bacon the lower you want your heat. The lower the heat the more tender the bacon will be when its done!
I often use the oven for thick bacon but a pan works just as well. Give yourself an hour and cook it real low and see how it turns out!
