🐝 A Little Overdue! 🐝

At the beginning of August, Jeff and I had the privilege of being guest speakers at The Atlantic Bee Tour. 🍯

The first day was filled with fascinating talks and conversations, followed by a tour of the island on day two. We visited a cidery, a wild blueberry farm, a meadery, and one of the beekeeper’s family farms before ending the day with a delicious lobster dinner!

I was absolutely delighted when I found the lobster hat and, of course, couldn’t resist wearing it throughout the entire tour! 🦞😂

Jeff also wrote a story for our website about our time beekeeping, exploring apiaries, and connecting with fellow beekeepers along the way.

You can find Jeff’s story on www.HoneyBeeZen.com at https://honeybeezen.com/2026/08/31/visiting-pei-beekeepers/

🍯 SWAN VALLEY HONEY: Pure, Raw & Authentic

Jeff and I are incredibly proud of this year’s vintage of Swan Valley Honey.
Behind every jar with the Swan Valley Honey label is our promise that the honey inside is:

🌼🐝 Collected by our own bees that foraged on wildflowers here at home in the pristine Kootenays.

🍯 Lightly filtered and bottled without additives or pasteurization, preserving its natural flavour and goodness.

🏡 Completely produced by us in our licensed honey house right here on our farm in Creston.

🔎 Fully traceable back to its original source through a unique serial number.
The Swan Valley Honey label is our guarantee that every jar meets the high standards of quality, authenticity, and integrity that we believe in.

We’re also incredibly proud of the team behind Swan Valley Honey, who share our passion and values. 💛

🌟 If it doesn’t say “SWAN VALLEY HONEY,” well, what can we say… we really don’t know what it could bee. 🌟

💛✨She is bee-autiful!

And if you guessed we unboxed an extractor last week, you are right! 🎉 We’ve got it set up in our Honey House and it’s almost ready to go.

This new investment will bring even more efficiency to our honey production, and our team is sooo excited! Just look at the smile on everyone’s face – especially Bethan! 😊

In the meantime, we’re still extracting the 2026 vintage, available at our Kootenay markets, retailers and online.

See www.HoneyBeeZen.com for details.

Have you tried it yet? 😋
