Tarzwell Farms We sell beef, hay and run a government inspected red meat abattoir.

Beef Sales:
- Beef by the 1/4, 1/2 or whole (Please phone or e-mail for the current price)
- Variety packages (approx. 15 lbs) for the smaller freezer or budget
- Ground beef and stewing beef
- Pre-seasoned hamburger patties
- Sausages (breakfast, garlic, sun-dried tomato, mild Italian)
- Beef jerky and pepperoni
- Beef offal (tongue, heart, liver, kidney, oxtail)
- Soup bones

Small square bales - grass mix.
1st cut $5.00 /bale (sold out for the year)
2nd cut $6.00 /bale
