Just wanted to let folks know that we do have beef available year round. This tends to be a slower time of year for orders which means wait time is much less.

Price is $8/lbs on the hanging weight and it includes custom cutting and wrapping. A 1/2 will normally hang at about 400 lbs and will put about 240 lbs in the freezer.

All our animals are slaughtered in our on-farm provincially inspected abattoir and graded by the Canadian Beef Grading Agency. Our beef is inspected and graded to ensure our customers get the best quality beef!

Cutting and wrapping is done at Sentinel Meats in Thrums. Great service by folks who know the meat business!

If you would like to order, we require deposits of $1,500 on a 1/2 and $750 on a 1/4 (which when is cut you get a half of a 1/2 - so full variety of cuts). Deposits can be sent to [email protected] followed by another email with your name and number.
