Take what you need - give what you can.
The Burrow is a community market bench where everything on it is FREE! Yup - totally free, it’s based on the “take a book, leave a book” idea but for homesteading and plant related items. And yes - we spelt Burrow correctly. The name comes from my childhood dream to be a part of the Weasley family, if you don’t know what I am talking about please read the Harry Potter series.. or at least watch the movies! ;) I have and always will be a huge Potter-head.
Our Purpose: is simple really, we want to inspire others to try and grow their own food while creating a space for sharing.
We are just starting out on this homesteading lifestyle and hope to create a community of like-minded folk so we can bounce ideas off each other, hangout and surround ourself in this rad community. Our big plans for The Burrow is that one day it will move to farm land/acreage so that we can have the space to host community events and projects on it, maybe even have shared community plots.. but that is years to come. For now we are content with our little plot and still plan to host community events as much as possible. So follow us along our journey and come take a look at the bench! - Sam & Tamar
