It's been a long time since I've posted anything here. Many things have changed over the past several years since I started this account during covid. But I finally got the urge to bake for fun and for myself while I was taking some time off. This is the result! These cheddar chives scones were delicious and didn't last long. Hoping this urge to bake sticks around and that I'll be posting a little more frequently!

My first attempt at scones! I felt like something other than eggs for breakfast, and wasn't in the mood for pancakes or waffles. So I decided to try my hand at some cinnamon and raisin scones! They tasted delicious, although they did turn out a little flat because I added too much liquid to my dough 😬 oops! You bake, and you learn 🤷‍♀️
