We wish to take this opportunity to thank all our valued customers for their loyalty and support over the last 5 years. Recently the Registrar of Direct Sellers made an order to remove the company's capacity to sell directly to consumers in their home by suspending our licence. We have 30 days to appeal the decision and we intend to pursue the matter to the fullest extent of the law.
With that said we are still able to service you. Feel free to bring in your water samples for testing, purchase salt for your conditioners and purchase filters and replacement parts. We are also selling new water treatment systems to all family and friends. Just have them bring in their water sample and we can provide them with a new system at great prices!
We wish to assure all our customers that we will be honouring the warranty on all our products and services, and they will not be affected by this matter. Once again thank you for your loyalty and we look forward to servicing all your water treatment needs for many years to come.
