🌧️ It may be a little gloomy outside, but it’s always warm, smoky, and delicious inside Mr. Smooth Smokehouse & BBQ.

We’re open today from 2:00 PM- 9:00 PM and we’re excited to introduce the final addition to our menu:

🔥 The Smokin’ Dip 🔥

A rich cream cheese-based dip blended with smoky barbecue flavors and seasonings, topped with our house-made bacon jam and served with warm naan bread and crispy nacho chips for dipping.

This dip brings our menu full circle. After all, every great menu deserves a great dip.

Pair it with a local Nine Locks craft beer, a cider, a glass of wine, or one of our new spirit selections. We’ve carefully curated our beverage menu to compliment the bold, smoky flavors of authentic barbecue.

One month.

Honestly, it’s hard to believe we’ve already made it through our first month at Mr. Smooth’s Smokehouse & BBQ.

What a ride it has been.

The support from this community has been incredible. Whether you’ve stopped in once, become a regular, shared a post, recommended us to a friend, or simply cheered us on from afar, thank you. Seeing so many familiar faces coming back week after week means more than we can put into words.

This first month has been full of learning, adjusting, pivoting, and finding our rhythm. We’ve listened to your feedback, celebrated the wins, learned from the challenges, and continue working every day to make the experience even better.

And now for some exciting news…

Starting today, we’re officially launching our liquor program!

To kick things off, we’ll be offering:

🍺 Nine Locks Dirty Blonde & IPA
🍺 Bud Light
🍺 Corona
🧊 Coldstream Peach Vodka Iced Tea
🍎 Strongbow Cider
🍷 House Red & House White Wine (6 oz and 9 oz pours)
🥃 Whiskey, Spiced Rum, and White Rum for simple mixed drinks like rum & coke and whiskey ginger ale

This is just the beginning. We have lots of ideas for the future, but we wanted to start simple, do it well, and build from there. Our focus is offering beverages that pair perfectly with great barbecue while making sure we continue delivering the experience you’ve come to expect from us.

It’s a beautiful sunny Saturday, and we’re looking forward to seeing everyone.

Doors open at 2:00 PM and we’ll be serving until sold out.
