🦆 Hungry Duckling Meals This Week

We’re switching things up this week! With Thanksgiving coming, we’re bringing back two of your favourites—perfect for anyone who isn’t feeling turkey.

🍗 Tuscan Chicken — $25
Tender chicken in a rich pesto cream sauce with sun-dried tomatoes,spinach,cherry tomato served with mashed potatoes and asparagus.

🍄 Beef Stroganoff — $25
Made with house-roasted beef, onions, wild chanterelle and button mushrooms, and fresh peas in a rich, creamy beef demi-glace sauce, served over egg noodles.

📍 Pick up Thursday and Friday at Crystal Dragon Collective, 10 am–5 pm.

🍽️ MEALS THIS WEEK

With Wednesday being the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation, meal pickup will be Thursday, Friday, or Saturday this week.

🥢 Velvet Chicken Rice Bowl — $25
Silky, tender chicken in our savoury house sauce, served over steamed rice with seasonal vegetables. Inspired by Fú Róng Jī Piàn (foo rong jee pyen), a Chinese chicken dish named for the delicate appearance of hibiscus petals. Our version features finely diced, water-velveted chicken.

🍜 Red-Braised Beef Noodles — $25
Tender slow-braised beef and noodles tossed in a rich, aromatic sauce with mushrooms and seasonal greens. Inspired by Hóngshāo Niúròu Bànmiàn (hong-shao nyoh-roh bahn-myen): hóngshāo refers to the deep-coloured braise, and bànmiàn means tossed noodles. This one is saucy, not a soup!

🥩 Sirloin Steak Dinner — $25
Sirloin steak with sautéed mushrooms, seasonal vegetables, and maple-roasted baby potatoes.

Tender chicken tossed in our house gochujang, doenjang, honey & garlic glaze — sweet, savoury, a little spicy and packed with umami. Served over sesame rice with roasted seasonal vegetables.

🇯🇵 JAPANESE MISO BUTTER BEEF — $25
Tender sliced sirloin finished in a rich miso, roasted garlic & butter sauce, served with Desert Hills Farm roasted potatoes and seasonal roasted vegetables.

Fresh Desert Hills Farm apples tossed with warm fall spices and Kraken Black Spiced Rum, baked under a buttery brown sugar crumble topping and finished with our Kraken rum sauce.

Our potatoes and seasonal vegetables are coming fresh from the farm! This week we’re roasting cauliflower, broccoli, onions, corn & carrots, plus those beautiful local potatoes.

🔥 WE’RE BACK A LITTLE EARLY! 🔥

We got back a bit earlier than planned and I’m already feeling super inspired to get cooking again! 👨‍🍳🦆

I whipped up a small batch of Hong Kong-Style Curry — loaded with vegetables, char-grilled skirt steak, and served over some seriously amazing Hong Kong-style dry noodles. 🤤🍜

I only made 2 orders Left ! , so once they’re gone, they’re gone!
