Vitamin K for blood and bone health. Vitamin C for immune support and vitamin A (via carotenoids) for vision. Contain iron (enhanced by vitamin C for better absorption), calcium, magnesium and potassium. They are also rich in glucosinolates, which provide their signature peppery like bite and support detox pathways.
